The Seychelles International Business Company (IBC) is arguably the world's most user-friendly offshore company. Seychelles IBCs are incorporated under the Seychelles International Business Companies Act 1994.

Orphan Vehicles

Orphan vehicles are typically companies which are used to own valuable assets but which are ultimately not beneficially owned by any individual.

Taxation

A Seychelles IBC is not subject to any tax or duty in the Seychelles, and is specifically exempted from the provisions of the Stamp Duty Act 1975 and The Exchange Control Act.

Political Status

The Seychelles is an independent democratic Republic consisting of a group of 115 islands situated a thousand miles off the east coast of Africa, four degrees south of the Equator.
