Evia Soussi

Head of Corporate Governance

Evia joined Jordans in February 1999, and is now Head of Corporate Governance at Jordans Trust Company Limited. She has more than 23 years' experience in the fiduciary services industry, of which 17 years in management positions including Managing Director of Jordans' Gibraltar offices between 2001 and 2008. She has considerable experience in corporate secretarial practice, corporate law and compliance/regulatory matters both in UK and offshore jurisdictions. She heads the team of Corporate Governance Consultants based at Jordans head office in Bristol, each responsible for the administration of a portfolio of clients involving different jurisdictions and different structures.

Evia has a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree from the University of Wales (Bangor), a Masters degree from the University of Bristol, completed her Bar Professional Training Course with BPP University, a Member of Gray's Inn, an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, and an accredited Civil and Commercial Mediator. She is bilingual in Spanish and English


Sharon Everett

Corporate Governance Consultant

Sharon has been working for the Jordans group since February 1987, where she first joined as a Database Administrator in the Business Information department and was shortly promoted into a supervisory position.

Sharon is responsible for the administration of a portfolio of UK companies, principally for clients based overseas. In her role, Sharon has to ensure that her client companies adhere to the statutory requirements and also carry out ad-hoc corporate work for them. Many of Sharon's clients are based in the Czech Republic, Panama, Switzerland and Cyprus. Sharon's way with people means that she maintains excellent working relationships with her clients, some of which she has worked with for many years.

Vanessa Cooper

Corporate Governance Consultant

Vanessa is one of our Corporate Governance Consultants and she has been a part of the team at Jordans since 1997.

Vanessa has a degree in French & German and a Post Graduate Certificate of Education. After 8 years of secondary teaching, Vanessa took a transitional qualification, to move from the field of education into the corporate world (Post Graduate Diploma in European Business).

Vanessa administers a portfolio of UK companies, principally for clients based overseas. She is able to communicate with them in both French and German, as well as her native English. Vanessa ensures that her client's companies adhere to statutory requirements and she also carries out ad hoc corporate work in accordance with her clients' instructions.

Daiana Ceci

Corporate Governance Consultant

Daiana joined Jordans Trust Company in April 2015 as one of our Corporate Governance Consultants. Originally from Italy, she graduated from the University of Rome in 2013, with a degree in Economics.

In her role, Daiana looks after a portfolio of UK companies, the clients of which are primarily based overseas, especially in Italy. Daiana advises her clients to ensure that the companies they own adhere to UK statutory requirements and regulations.

Having an Italian mother-tongue, Daiana is able to effectively communicate with our large Italian client base. Not only this, but she is also a fluent English speaker too.

Alex Croucher

Corporate Governance Consultant

Alex joined our Corporate Governance team in July 2016 as a Corporate Governance Consultant. After graduating with honours from his degree in History in 2015, he then went straight on to study for a Graduate Diploma in Law which he graduated from in 2016.

Before joining Jordans Trust Company, Alex worked in a customer-facing role for NatWest bank. Alex has a strong focus on providing great service for clients, which is something he brings to his current role.

Alex conducts corporate administration work for his portfolio of approximately 200 multi-jurisdictional clients. These clients range from sole traders to big international firms. His clients' companies are mainly in the BVI, with some from the Seychelles, Delaware and Ireland too.


Emma Price

Corporate Governance Consultant

Emma joined Jordans Trust Company as a Corporate Governance Consultant in August 2016. She graduated from the University of Plymouth with a First Class Honours degree in Social Sciences focusing on economics and the governance of microstates.

After graduating Emma worked for a large Trust Company in Jersey, Channel Islands for three years during which time she completed the ICSA Diploma in Offshore Finance and Administration.

Now working for Jordans (as a Corporate Governance Consultant), Emma looks after a portfolio of both UK and offshore companies and is enjoying applying her knowledge and experience of working for a Trust Company in an offshore environment to her current role.


Pavel Stupin

Corporate Governance Consultant

Pavel started working for Jordans Trust Company in November 2015 in our Corporate Governance team. He graduated from the University of Hull in 2015 with a degree in Law.

Originally from Estonia, Pavel has worked in several different European countries. This includes working in Zurich, Switzerland in 2015 as a Document Review Paralegal for an international bank.

In his role at Jordans Trust Company, Pavel provides company secretarial support to Private Limited Companies, administrative support to Limited Liability Partnerships and Limited Partnerships. He also: takes care of filings on behalf of the entities; sends reminders for statutory deadlines and requirements; obtains certified and notarised documents to assist clients with their tasks in other jurisdictions and conducts due diligence checks to ensure clients are compliant with any regulations.

Pavel works with UK entities but also has many Russian speaking clients and their UK subsidiaries of Russian/Ukrainian undertakings. He is fluent in Russian, English and Estonian and can also speak conversational German. Pavel's language skills are invaluable when it comes to making sure we provide outstanding service to our customers, wherever in the world they may be from.


Joanna Marczyk

Corporate Governance Consultant

Joanna started working for Jordans in March 2008, where she joined the Corporate Governance team as a Consultant. Originally from Poland, Joanna passed her qualifications in Business Organisation and International Banking in Poland.

Joanna assists clients with statutory requirements for companies based in a variety of offshore jurisdictions, including the BVI, Bahamas, Seychelles, Cayman and Delaware. Her clients are drawn from a range of large companies such as Grant Thornton and Credit Suisse, to individual clients and law firms.

Virginia Green


Corporate Governance Consultant

Virginia is one of our newest additions to the Corporate Governance team, having joined Jordans in November 2016.

She currently administers companies which are registered in the BVI and her portfolio consists of 150 companies that she manages on a day to day basis. She is looking forward to expanding her portfolio as her expertise develops.
