Martin joined Jordans in 1984 and is now the Director and Principal of Jordans Trust Company Limited.
In August 2012 he was awarded the Advanced Diploma in International Taxation from the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
Martin advises on a wide variety of planning structures established in jurisdictions such as The British Virgin Islands, Cyprus, Jersey, Switzerland, the UAE and the UK. His clients include entrepreneurs, property developers, high net worth families and leading international trust companies.
Martin is a Contributing Editor of "The Journal of International Tax, Trust & Corporate Planning" and has co-authored "International Tax Planning using UK Companies" which is now in paperback, and in its 3rd edition. In 2012 he wrote a case law summary for the supplement to Gore Brown on Companies.
Martin speaks regularly at Jordans conferences and at external events both nationally and internationally. In the past, these have included the INTAX Forum in Moscow, the STEP conference in Hong Kong, and more recently, the ICSA Jersey branch in January this year.
Jordans Trust Company Limited is accredited to provide CPD by the Law Society, and Martin has provided these services to large London city firms over the last few years.
