Evia joined Jordans in February 1999, and is now Head of Corporate Governance at Jordans Trust Company Limited. She has more than 23 years' experience in the fiduciary services industry, of which 17 years in management positions including Managing Director of Jordans' Gibraltar offices between 2001 and 2008. She has considerable experience in corporate secretarial practice, corporate law and compliance/regulatory matters both in UK and offshore jurisdictions. She heads a team of ten Corporate Governance Consultants based at Jordans head office in Bristol, each responsible for the administration of a portfolio of clients involving different jurisdictions and different structures.
Evia has a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree from the University of Wales (Bangor), a Masters degree from the University of Bristol, completed her Bar Professional Training Course with BPP University, a Member of Gray's Inn, an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, and an accredited Civil and Commercial Mediator. She is bilingual in Spanish and English.
